Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. L’amaro è carico. L’intensità gustativa è molto elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona e lunga. Il gusto è godereccio. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo e lungo. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. Il palato riporta sentori di miele, frutta secca, agrumi e resina.
