On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Dorata pallida, schiuma bianca abbondante e persistente. Al naso sentori di malto, lieviti, sottile erbaceo, un po’ spenta. In bocca ha un attacco maltato con finale amarognolo, non bilanciatissima e un po’ sporca. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-elevata. Così così.

On tap at Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Dorata pallida, lievemente torbida, schiuma media, molto persistente. Al naso sentori di lieviti e frutta gialla, malto, leggera speziatura, esteri. In bocca è mediamente dolce con finale amaro che bilancia abbastanza bene, discretamente secca. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Non male davvero.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas. Hazy yellow with white head. Somewhat sourish aroma, yeasty, fruity, with some funk. Mildly tart flavor, slightly funky, with yeast, fruitiness. Medium-bodied. Decent.
