Draught at BBB. Pale white with no head. Applepie aroma with apple, cinnamon and sugar. Taste is more mellow with sweet honey, apples and hint of cinnamon. Cool experiment.

Fonefan 290215. Golden-yellow colour with no head. Flavour is sourness, yeast, cloud berries, vinegar, lemon, funk. Nice beer.

Bottle at 2015 Sweet & Sour.Hazy to cloudy blueberry to reddish brown color, very small head. Blueberry, light acidic scent. Berry, tart taste. Berry aftertaste. Thin mouthfeel, no bitterness.

Bottle 25 cl at 2015 Sweet & Sour.13% ABV, 2015.Slight bit hazy reddish brown color, no head, some legs. Sweet, alcohol, berries, raspberry scent. Sweet, nuts, honey, alcohol, berries taste. Sweet, alcohol aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, no bitterness, slight bit tart finish.

Bottle at 2015 Sweet & Sour.Cloudy wheat dough to pale straw yellow color, small white head. Tropical fruits, hoppy scent. Tropical fruits, some vegetal/cucumber, hoppy taste and aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness.

Fonefan 280215. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Flavour is yeast, caramel, roasted malt, bourbon, raisin, toffee, vanilla, dried fruits, chocolate. Full body. complex very nice beer.

Keg at Craft CG. It pours bright red with a tiny white head. The nose is tart rapsberry upfront, light jammy sweetness, then some vinegar acidity and tang. The taste is tart. quite acidic, fresh juicy rapsberry, lactic bite, lemon and decent mouth-pucker with a dry, somewaht acidic finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A bit too acidic for it to be overly refreshing. Decent fruited Berliner weisse nonetheless.
