Tap at Craft. Really light blonde colour. Minimal carb. Aroma is apples and light spice. Touch of vanilla too. Taste is very interesting, initial big sweetness, touch of green apple sourness then the finish is vanilla and soft. Nice and bizarre combination. Pretty sweet, but it is a mead.

Tap at Craft Islington. Strong beetroot aroma, lovely. Taste is beetroot, citrus sourness and then wheat. Towards the end more like beetroot juice. Not sure why I like this so much, but I had three, so something was going very right.

Hazy salmon colour. Nice aroma with a little fruity funk. Flavour is less intense but has a nice fruity tartness in the finish.

Tap @ Beer temple. Pinkish orange color. Orange lemonade in the aroma. Sour and sweet flavor with orange and orange peel. A soft bitterness next to the sourness. Very nice!

Tap @ Jopen Amsterdam. Blueberries in the aroma and flavor. Ruby red color. Moderate sourness partly pushed away by the fruit. Some late tannines. Nice!
