No head left; pale pink-ochre beer. Strawberry, lime, some sweet maltaroma, lactic acid. Bit cheesy... bit. Strawberries, not completely ripened. Lime again, citrus, lactic acid. Light body, acidthinning, undercarbonated. Sampled under less than ideal circumstances, but I liked it well enough, even if I wouldn't call it lambic myself.

Draught @ Pien Shop & Bar, Helsinki. Poured clear honey color. Almost no head. Honey, raisins, booze and wood in aroma. Lovely flavors of raisins, vanilla and honey sweetness . Warming finish. Tasty mead.

From backlog. Draught @ Sour Spring Break. Floral, farmyardy and earthy with some sweetish notes, growing sourness,hints of vinegar and acidic notes. Interesting, quite untypical lambic.

Sample at Kwartje. Clear golden. Sweet flowery honey, medium hot chilies, soft vanilla, alcohol, light spices, apple, soap. Quite sweet. Full bodied with quite some heat.
