Very nice cyser. Lovely vanilla finish. Have mixed feelings on the carbonation but I can see pros with it too.

Fantastic! Carrots/vanilla/orange/floral/honey/peach/pear/apple; lt toffee/herbal/yeast. Sweet/med-full body. Lt acidic drying. No cloying. Dangerously smooth/mild warmth. Amazing honey complexity/balance w/ flavorings. Highly impressive, super clean.

Bottle at Craig's. Pours pale golden, nose is apple, honey, musty toffee, taste is crisp apple, toffee, funk, vinegar, bit weird.
