Amazing! Lemon/orange/floral/pear/apple/vanilla/cream/toffee/coconut/bourbon/toasted oak/honey; lt cinn/pepper. Sweet/full body. Slt acid/tannin drying. No cloying. Min warmth. Insanely smooth sipper. Phenomenal show mead! Glad I have more to try soon.

Aroma has sweet malty notes and caramel. Flavour is a bit short with some hoppiness, caramel and harsh malt. Also raisins. Finishes with some menthol. Decent.

0.33 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before October 2017. Minimally hazy, pale greenish golden with a few white bubbles on top. Sweetish, a little sourish, moderately fruity aroma of baked apple, honey, cinnamon and some gooseberry. Minimally sweet, slightly sour, quite dry, moderately fruity taste of green apple, honey, gooseberry and some white grapes, followed by a short, moderately tart, rather dry finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent cider, expected a little more complexity though.

On tap at MASH fest in Barcellona. Black pour with a medium persistent ivory foam (retention). Nose is charming, so much vanilla ice cream, a bit artificial although great. Mouth: sweet round, Habanero is perfectly balanced, Cream. Great
