Bottle pours with a near clear copper pink body that supports a thin off white head. The aroma offers up mild tartness blended with raspberry puree yum followed by a thin earthiness. The taste delivers plenty of fun pucker flowing into smooth raspberry fruitiness. Solid crusher. Another sip and the raspberry just jumps around. Very nice. Timo is the best. Cheers!

Bottle pours with a clear watery gold body that tosses up some nice legs. The aroma offers up white chocolate brownie, honey rimmed thinly with wax, vanilla and a touch of heat at the end of the draw. The taste delivers smooth rich sweetness getting into a mild earthiness and then much bolder and richer notes of honey, white chocolate, brownie and a faint sense of the ABV. This is just knee buckling good.

(Sample @ MBCC 2017 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours a deep amber with a small head. Notes of very floral honey, very light berry/fruity notes, caramel, not really obviously oxidized or fortified wine-like, lightly spicy chili heat in the finish, a touch of booze. Medium bodied, a little thin feeling, basically flat. Eh, it doesn't end up feeling particularly blueberry or port-influenced, and I could have done without the chili addition. Okay.
