Pale straw colour; very huge head, ever so slightly yellowish, quite lacey. Very typical malt-cum-grassy-German hops nose. Not too bad, nothing daring. Typical German-style imitation. Flat, sweet malt flavour, with even some liquorice. Faint metallic tang in the palate, but always sweet. Watery mouthfeel, unsatisfying. Dreary supermarket Pilsener for the European masses wherever. Bweeuh. "Edelpils", my $&*!

Light yellow color, hardly any carbonation. Foam on top disappears real quickly and i've never seen it that ugly anyway. The aroma: please don't smell this beer, because it makes you remind of polluted rainwater! I give 1 extra point for the hops. The taste is about the same, but then that horrifying smell doesnt penetrate that much. So it actually is drinkable. Hops indeed. But the palate is just crap again, you gotta keep drinking this stuff, because it makes your mouth dry rubber. So overall this is a load of crap, even when you look at the 'quality' vs price.
