Numerous readings, meetings and experiences led to the installation in Saint-Malo in 2015. In the future, our objective is to master the barley - malt - beer sector to be autonomous in the supply of raw materials.

Creamy biscuit coloured head on a an unclear amber coloured body.
Malt & biscuit aroma.
Medium bodied, finely carbonated with a sticky back.
Malt, biscuit, sweet, herbal, spiced & berry tastes with a tangy finish.
Tastes nothing like a Belgium Tripel & the ABV is too low for the style - Tasty for what it is though.

Old rating - A 330ml bottle from a trip to Brittany. Pours a yellow colour with a white head. Aromas of fruit & wheat. Tastes soft & fruity with a dry bitterness. Decent blanche.

330ml bottle from Le Comptoir Vins et Bieres, St Malo. Pours dark, hazed, medium tan head. Roasted malt, caramel aroma. Great roast / choc interplay to taste, low-lying espresso notes with an underlying caramel sweetness. Really good.
