Can to stange.
Appearance: golden soft yellow color with a chill haze to it and a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: medium sweet level of honey and some biscuity malts and a touch of floral hoppiness
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet conglomerated quality; finishes honey forward with a light hoppy earthy to floral sweetness
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; very smooth along the tongue with nothing distracting anywhere; good carb level
Overall: good Kรถlsch I would be willing to come back to.

Can @ Vinyl Beer, Pours extremely hazy darkish yellow with a frothy off-white head, mango-passion fruit aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter passion fruit-citrus-mango taste, faint vanilla, smooth thin body, long finish. Quite well balanced, not I expected from a milkshake IPA.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: burnt orange color with a slight chill haze to it and a finger's worth of white frothy head which settled off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet strawberries with a sly tartness underneath and a lighter note of sweet peach but that tartness seems way lighter and the honey - well, that's so faint I had a super hard time of finding that
Flavor: peaches seem to be in front of everything else here - somewhat sweet and tart then the honey seems more intertwined with the strawberry sweet and tart characters; finishes mostly peachy sweet with a slight tart note and a pinch of honey
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue; carb seems a bit lower than expected but that didn't seem to bother me
Overall: works as a fruit beer but if there was a Kรถlsch in this, I believe I missed that. I believe I could still return to this. It's well brewed.

Can to ...tulip? Yup, that's what I went with, this is an imperial kolsch, so let's do this.
Appearance: rustic golden amber color with a sly transparency about it and a two finger off white frothy head which dissipated at a moderate pace then left some messy lace
Aroma: honey, honey, then more honey; oh okay then a light touch of malty/biscuitiness way down in there
Flavor: mostly sweet all the way through with a slick finish of honey sweetness but also has a small speck of dryness
Texture: medium bodied; sessionable; very smooth along the tongue; good carb level and nothing distracting
Overall: kinda liked it as a honey beer but I didn't see many "kolsch" characteristics to this.

Aromas are malt, strawberry and peach. Flavors are similar to nose with a strawberry and peach being mild. Maybe I can pick out some honey. Basically it's a mildly flavored kolsch.
