12 Percent draught, 7/3/23. Clear, bright apricot-brass. White head quickly to ring. Fruity apricot and apple esters with grainy malts. clean, low hopping. Soft, at times crackery texture, but not too dry. Lighter, but not thin. Lots of playful, gentle fruity esters, low hop notes. Clean yeast. Drinkable and flavorful.

750 ml bottle. #3 / 200. Aroma bourbon, vanilla, oak and mild caramel. Flavor shows lasting bourbon with prune, toffee and oak. Maple is very light and plays second fiddle to all the other flavor. No alcohol flavor or harsh warming after the sip. This beer is quite lovely!

Bottle pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's a hazy light brown-ruby with light sparkle, mild viscosity, ephemeral ring of beige head and no lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, wood, spice, dark fruit over milder sweet malts. Taste is strong bourbon, wood, spice, dark fruit, sweet malt and faint maple (more prevalent as it warms). Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, no alcohol harshness, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent complexity and balance but not getting a ton of maple--the star of the show! Bourbon a bit overpowering.

Bottle pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque dark yellow with finger-width off-white head with nice viscosity, poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong, juicy orange creamsicle and danky weed. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, strong aroma and flavor and more juicy than you'd think. Not terribly complex but decent balance.

22 oz. Brown bag wrapped bottle. Flavor is more fruit then I was expecting. Pineapple mixed with slight herbal character in the finish. Very soft herbal bitterness. Good amount of juice!

4 ounce draft at the source. Not real familiar with the Belma hop. Soft citrus, mild herb backed by a soft malt back bone. A little bit of juice character with almost zero bitterness. Nice mouth feel. Well-made without question

4 oz. Draft. Correct appearance for the style. Flavor has the yeast as a dominant character. Shows fruity esters of bubblegum, pear, banana-ish. Alcohol is well hidden. Yet another true to style, very well made brew from Little House.

4 oz draft. Classic rendition of an imperial stout. Good malt backbone, chocolate, hints of coffee. Medium plus body with a roasty finish. Another well round brew. Zero flaws.
