(473ml can from the brewery) Pours opaque medium orange with a decent stable head of fine white bubbles and some lace. Aroma of fresh ultra-ripe mango, sugary and sticky, floral vanilla, some grapefruit and navel orange pulp, soft cannabis, herbal Sabro with a touch of coconut. Flavour is rather sweet for an IPA, milkshake (sans lactose? can and IG disagree) with ripe mango to the forefront, lots of vanilla, navel orange, pineapple accents, citrus peel, herbal leafy Sabro building from mid sip, some coconut creaminess joining the vanilla towards the finish, mango and Sabro into the aftertaste, lingering vanilla florals as well, finish is semi-dry and low bitterness with a little sub-peppery Lupomax vibe. Light to medium body, slightly creamy, fairly soft carbonation. Like a more fruit-forward version of BdBC's Los Tabernacos, vanilla vs. coco of course. Good stuff.

(473ml can from the brewpub) Pours opaque milky pale yellow with a decent stable white head and heavy lace. Aroma is fresh dank peppery Citra, of course, dank mango and mixed pale citrus, cannabis, catty vibes, leafy accents, light doughy malt. Flavour is lightly sweet, tangerine, mango, white grape, a little stone fruit, lime peel, cannabis, retiring doughy malt, drying into the finish with a little mineralogy, again some mango and lightly sweet tangerine, but pretty dominated by cannabis, herbal peppery hop cones and citrus peel bitters. A little hop burn but under control. Medium-bodied, pretty creamy, below average carb. Excellent NEIPA, bold expression of Citra as you'd expect...fun to get this sort of varietal character without a bunch of advanced hop products (it seems).

(473ml can from the brewpub) Very hazy orange-gold pour with a thick eggshell cap that fades slowly leaving lace. Aroma is very ripe and juicy tropical/floral in quality, intense Strata melons but not over-soapy for once, creamy tropicals like guava, undertones of orange oil and grapefruit peel, a little dank, bready sweet malts. Flavour is semi-sweet up front, tangerine and navel orange peel, a little lemon, citrus pith, pale melon, crushed flowers, a little bitter citrus, softly bready malt, a little honey, finish is quite dry and a bit astringent, unfortunately the soapy florals of Strata are a bit too heavy as is often the case, orange peel is pretty prominent as well, a little edge of oniony heat despite being >1mo, alcohol warmth, some earthy pine, long aftertaste. Medium-bodied, oily to creamy, soft carbonation. All things considered this is very good, I don't love Strata much of the time but this keeps most of its worst tendencies largely in check save the finish.

(473ml can from the brewery) Pours near opaque medium yellow with a thick eggshell head and heavy lace. Aroma is both citrusy and 'green', with intense notes of bitter orange, (garrigue-type?) herbs and earthy pine backed by brighter tropical notes of mango and pineapple. Flavour is dry and relatively bitter, heavy on unsweetened orange oil, citrus pith, earthy pine though not too heavily resinous, a bit of cannabis, again garrigue herbs and oregano, lightly bready malt with a bit of cereal character, bone dry into the finish with bitter orange peel, pith, earthy slightly perfumed herbs, amaro-like bitterness, pine without resin again, no real hop burn, long astringent herbal finish. Medium-body, slick to slightly creamy, average carbonation. Very different and quirky IPA, with the bitter citrus peel and heavy herbal component, the whole thing reminded me as much of an amaro as an IPA. Different but cool.

(500ml bottle from the brewery) Pours quite dark brown with a small but stable dark tan head and some spotty lace. Aroma is deep dark bread roasty malt with layers of caramelized and burnt sugars, slightly nutty (peanuts), unsweetened cacao earthiness, lots of fresh white coconut creaminess, floral vanilla accents, very nice. Flavour is massively white coconut up front, definitely the dominant adjunct, giving a sweet impression even though the malt body itself isn't heavily sugared, nice dark bread/cake kind of vibe to it, some burnt but not ashy sugar, rich cacao, nutty edges, vanilla is pretty smooth and nicely floral, but quite present from mid-sip on. Finish is drying, coconut still definitely there, softly roasty, no acidity from the roast though, earthy cacao with just enough sweetness to get to choc milk vibes thanks to the coconut creaminess. Light to medium body, oily, average carbonation, no alcohol. Really nice flavours here, missing a little body/structure that would boost it into the higher echelon of pastry (maybe flattered on tap by nitro?) but solid work.

(On tap @ the brewpub and in 946ml crowler) Pours opaque orange juice colour with a massive dense orange-cream head and heavy lace. Aroma of calamansi (if you know it), much like a tart and fragrant orange mixed with earthier, lime-like notes, distinct tone of amaretto/peach pit, white coconut creaminess, some dank ripe mango. Flavour is mid-sweet and mid-tart, again heavy presence of calamansi with its I am a cooler version of orange vibe, nice ripe mango backing it and giving a rich sweet juiciness that turns the whole thing into exotic orange julius, pineapple is definitely present but takes a back seat to the other fruit. Coconut creaminess was more obvious on tap I think but provides some roundness to the calamansi/pineapple acidity. Finish is lightly tart citrus, some ripe mango, soft coconut and prominent amaretto that lingers into the aftertaste. Medium-plus body, very creamy, quite soft carbonation. Such a creative and successful mix of flavours here, making for a complex and highly drinkable smoothie that's not just a 'combine typical fruits and make it beer' effort. Ace.

(On tap @ the brewpub, Mar 24/23) Pours opauqe dull fleshy pink with a huge bubbly off-white head and heavy fruit 'lace'. Notes dominated by ripe banana, semi-sweet, floral, strawberry is there but somewhat blends in with the vanilla into a subservience behind the dominant banana. Light pip bitterness. Full-bodied, very creamy and thicc.Would have been better with brighter strawberry character - that's what making it in July would do.
