Bottle shared by Kelly and Paul, thanks for the opportunity! Deep copper color with a small bubbly off white head. Rich caramel nose and flavor with faint earthy piney citrus hop aroma and flavor. Moderate hop bitterness. Bottle might be a bit old hard to tell without any obvious dating. Good but not great.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Julio’s Liquors. Appearance is hazy yellow with greenish tinge, effervescent sparkle, 4-finger width pillowy white head (annoyingly large) with good retention and sticky sudsy lacing. Aroma is light citrus, resin, over malt base. Taste is as aroma with late mild yeasty tart. Palate is medium bodied with slick texture, average carbonation and mild sweet citrus, malt balanced with light bitter and tart finish. Overall, lacking in bold hop flavors and aromas. Sub par.

Bottle at level 42 (thanks to L-Dogg). It pours hazy golden - amber with a decent white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, juicy, bready malts, peach, pine needles and varnish. The taste is soft, sweet, juicy, peach, apricot, nectarine, orange creamiscle, candied fruit, toasted sugars, pine and some alcohol boost with a slick finish. Medium body and soft, foamy carbonation. Pretty decent overall.

Bottle shared in London - picked up at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds dry, pale bread, some tangerine, melon. Medium sweet flavour with crackery pale malts, melon, tangerine, some pine needles. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more crackery pale malts, pine needles, rindy citrus. Decent stuff on the whole.
