Bottled. A light golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes apples and a bit of vinegar. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and a bit of wood, leading to a lightly tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

50 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Crisp apple aroma. Aroma is citric to acidic apple flavoured. Fruity and dry flavoured. Flat dry finish.

Pours very pale yellow, almost colorless, with thin white head. Aroma of tart apples. Tart, sour apple flavor with a champagne-like taste to it. Slightly sweet and dry. Light body with effevescent carbonation. Different than most ciders I have tried but tasty.

750 from the Co-Op in Davis, CA. Pours a nice gols with a foamy white head that left at once. Nice aroma of golden apple skin. Foamy carbonation. There’s a competition between apple flavor and alcohol. Overall apple is in the majority. There’s an underlying astringency that helps. Appleskin bitter goes on for finish. Rather powerful for a cider!

Bottle - but I’m not sure which store. Pours medium gold with transitory white bubbles. Aromas of fresh golden apples. Medium body with pretty sharp carbonation. Flavor starts gold apple skin, goes slightly sour, then goes astringent, ending with light cooked apple. Pretty decent cider.

Bottle, thanks to Slothez. Clear light pissy golden colour. Nose had suitable amounts of tart apple in evidence. Loo loo loo I’ve got some apples...Loo loo loo you’ve got some too... as butters would sing. Ahem . Flavour commenced sweet and tart then finished dryish. Ok cider, nowt pant wetting.

Bottle 500ml.Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy apple, crispy apple, green apple, fresh apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20100123]
