Bottle. A mixture of sour green and candy apple aroma. Pale yellow color. Sour slight barnyard green apple flavor. Nice body. A very nice sweet-sour cider.

500ml bottle from Morrisons. Clear pale gold, no head, lots of apple juice on aroma, its how I remember cider tasting when I was still a teen. Very drinkable. Reasonably dry with some sweetish apple juice coming in on finish. Refreshing and drinkable.

Bottle from Winking Lizard. This Cider pours a clear pale yellow-gold color with a wispy white head that diminishes quickly. Minimal lacing on the glass. The aroma is vinous with some sour apple. Light, dry body with tart apple flavor along with a touch of oak and sweet spice. The finish is fruity and lingering. Overall it is a fairly straightforward Cider.

Interesting "green" aroma. Very pale gold color. Medium body with fine carbonation. Just a hint of sugar. Very mild, pure fresh apple flavor - neither green nor red. Some skin. Hardly any cooked apple. Clean and crisp. Maybe just a touch of grass.

50 cl bottle; BBE May 08. Very strongly attached crown cap. Light apple aromas with a touch of apple vinegar. Very pale golden color. Near medium body with fizzy carbonation. The flavor is slightly cooked apple with a touch of darkish apple skin. There’s also "fresh" apple juice. Good balance between sweet and dry. Finishes a tad tart. The sour seems to have been a passing phenomena. It is going very well with spicey food.

Bottled. A light yellow cider with a fast disappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by apples. The flavor is nicely acidic which makes it dry and with good notes of apples, and with woody notes joining in in the dry finish.

Third cider of the night at the Indra - Cider, Sake and Mead tasting 8/31/07. Identical appearance to the Dry - very clear golden yellow with a lot of carbonation. Aroma is apples and sweetness, though the sweetness is more ripe apples than anything. Taste is medium dry, sweet and really syrupy. Just mouth coating stuff.

Second cider of the night at the Indra - Cider, Sake and Mead tasting 8/31/07. Very clear golden yellow pour with a lot of carbonation. Aroma is more cider apple and sweetness. This is dry, sweet and sticky.

Bottle. Pours a clear, pale yellowish without bubbles. Quite balanced nose, with a little emphasis on the yeast, but there’s enough green apples to balance. Astringent, medium body with apples going all the way, and lasting for a while. The cider started a bit anonymous, but got very good. (070430)
