Description
In 1728, Aspall was founded by Clement Chevallier in the parish of Aspall, Suffolk. While all around him were growing cereals, he chose to plant apple trees. Almost 300 years on, we’re still going against the grain, making remarkable cyder & cyder vinegars at the original Aspall Cyder House.

Bottle: Poured a clear reddish orange with a white ring. Aroma is fruity, apple strawberry, floral, rose. Taste is very fruity, apples and strawberries, rose, works so well together and yet has this tanginess as well.

Frisse zoetzure appel, met iets meer zoet dan zuur. Vleugje custard of vanille vla in de smaak. Beetje melig, en een scherp randje van appelsteeltjes en fruitbomenhout. Sappig, zoet/zuur, bruisend.

Clear 330ml bottle: BBE Mar 2022. Drank at home on 21st Mar 2021 during a random tasting session with myself. It's an apple based drink with a blackberry twist; not too sure about any nettles!

19/3/2021. Bottle from LowCostBeer.com. Pours clear deep amber red with a small pinkish head. Aroma of hedgerow, blackberry blossom, sugary baked apple. Moderate sweetness and medium tartness. Moderate body, watery texture, quite fizzy. Nice tart finish. Not bad.

Clear golden juice. Dry and wry, old apples, dry wood. Earthy, cork. Light sweet, a bit more sour and fairly dry & bitter too. Not my favorite palate but I’ll take it. 😎
