Bottle shared with Gunnfryd. Unclear, pale golden body under a fast disappearing, small white head. The aroma felt quite yeasty, but unaware this contains honey and elderflower I realized afterwards this was the ingredients present in aroma. Som kind of lime acidity found as well. Taste is sour, fresh apple, lemon and honey/elderflower. Medium body with a tart aftertaste. A bit unusually in flavors, but really refreshing.

YG 151123. Golden-straw color with a short lived off-white head. Aroma is apples, sourness. Flavor is apples, acidic, grass, wood, sourness, grapes, funk, gooseberries. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A slow gusher, producing a hazy golden to straw body with lots of carbonation, leaving a thin off-white head. The aroma is as usual for Mold quite funky, with a very pleasant apple touch. Some green grape, gooseberry, wood and a flowery hint. It's semi-tart and nicely carbonated, effervescent and medium bodied, with an apple driven flavor. Some funk and acidity, vinegar, with wood notes, grass and some flower hints. Apple cores, orchard in autumn evening and a very light herbal, mint like touch. Long finish. Really nice this one, although the gushing is a bit scary. 231115

Bottle, 75cl. 2022 vintage. An unclear deep orange-red cider, sparkling, with a layer of bubbles. The aroma feels quite berry-ish at first, funky, with fresh apples joining shortly. Leather, barnyard, grass, vinegar hints. It's quite effervescent on the palate, with a good acidity. Medium to full body, with generic sour fruityness, apple, red berries and funk in the flavor. Checking a bit further, it turns out there's aronia berries in the cider, guess that's causing the red berries aroma and flavor. Sure one of the most interesting Mold ciders, although I find it slightly vinegary. 231023

Bottle, 75cl. 2022 vintage. It's lightly foggy in the glass, lightly sparkling, with a small white head. Golden in color. The aroma is funky and fruity, with a light touch of vinegar and pale malts. Apple, malt vinegar, oak, grass, leather notes and some higher alcohols. It's full-bodied, nicely carbonated and acidic and sour. Ripe apple, vinegar, unripe apple, grass hints, funky, barnyard and lemon in the flavor. Lasting finish. A really nice one, but only in small amounts. Guess it would be fine to share with four or five friends. 231010
