Bottle, 75cl. An unclear pale yellow one with no head or bubbles. The aroma is very sourish and vinegary, with fresh apple and pear, and some grass notes. It's tart and sour on the palate, with some carbonation. The flavor feels less vinegary, with more focus on the fresh fruit. Long finish. Way too vinegary for me. 230903

Gusher epmtying 1/3 of the bottle. Big fizzy shortlasting head, hazy yellow-ish corol. Aroma is dry funky floral, brett, weeds, flowers, hay, chalk, apple cores, apple peel, sorrel, bark, barnyard. Taste is dry sour-ish grassy, weeds, apple cores, brett, leafs, flowers, sorrel, bark, barnyard, apple peel, harsh unripe apples. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation. I doubt this is how it's intended to be.

Bottle, 75cl. 2021 vintage, at Jæren Ølfestival pre-tasting. A gusher, unclear, with a pinkish golden in color, with some bubbles on top. Acidic fruity aroma with dark berries and vinegar. Blueberry, ripe apple and lemon notes. Sort of yeasty. It’s tart and medium bodied, acidic, with apple, ripe apple, lemon notes, vinegar and a hint of berries. Medium length finish. A bit strange this one, not too pleasant either. 220812
