KYGG 110622. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is yeast, apple, funk. Flavor is yeast, apple, funk, elderflower, fruit, honey. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. 2021 vintage. It's an unclear pale yellow colored cider, still and headless. The aroma is lightly funky, with los of elderflower and generic fruityness. Fresh apple too. It's tart on the palate, medium bodied and lightly carbonated, with an apple driven flavor. Still with lots of elderflower, and a hint of honey and grass. Lasting finish. A bit too straight forward this one, but delicious anyway. Funky and elderflowery. Refreshing. 220611

Small fizzy shortlasting head, hazy yellow-ish color. Aroma is fresh floral, elderflower, sour apples, heather honey, grass, minerals, flowers, apple cores. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, sour apples, unripe berries, elderflower, apple cores, minerals, grass, citrus, sorrel, hay. Medium bitterness, dru sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice one, lovely aroma.
