Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour apples, brett, flowers, hay, minerals, citrus, apple peel, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, sorrel, hay, brett, unripe pear, apple peel, citrus apple cores. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Kjerrheia 110520. Unclear golden-yellow color with no head. Aroma is apple, sulphur. Flavorm is apple, sulphur, apple, yeast, sugar, sourness. Nice cider.

Bottle, courtesy of Gunnfryd. Pale golden body without any head. Nice, clean apple aroma. Fine, rather clean mature apple taste as well, sweet with light balancing acidity. Medium body and average aftertaste. Nothing special, but well-made straight forward cider with a god balance between sweet and sour.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear yellow cider with some floaties. Sour-ish apple aroma with grass and some lemon. Heavily carbonated, dry, almost tart, with a medium body fullness. No alcohol detected. Apple and hints of unripe pears in the flavor, with some grassy hints and a touch of lemon. Long finish. A refreshing but a bit uninteresting cider. 200503
