Small bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy light reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, apple cores, minerals, grass, bark, berry skin, hay, leafs, flowers, fruit stones, apple peel, oak, sawdust. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, apple cores, hay, minerals, mild vinegar, grass, apple peel, flowers, sour apples, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, hazy orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, apple cores, minerals, bark, yeast, overripe dusty apples, cellar, alcohol, soil, apple peel, moldy fruits. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, hay, minerals, sorrel, sour apples, paper, apple cores, flowers, leafs, dusty fruits. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Kind of boring.

Bottle, 75cl. It's a hazy straw colored cider with some carbonation and no head. The aroma is lightly funky, but mostly apple. Ripe apples, apple cores, some grass and green apple peel, with a floral, almost mineral touch. It's dry, almost tart, and full to medium bodied, with a hint of alcohol warmth and a decent carbonation. Some tannins. Ripe apples, leathery, barnyard-ish funk, even a hint of lemon, with grass, apple cores and a faint touch of fruit sugar. Lasting dry, lightly sour and mostly fruity finish. Not bad this one, not at all, perhaps a bit on the tart side if the plan is to finish a bottle on your own. 210718

Bottle, 75cl. A hazy orange-golden colored cider with some white bubbles. The aroma is lightly funky, leather, barnyard and a faint lemony hint. Apple, hints of apple vinegar, some grass and yeast. It's medium to full-bodied, tannin-ish, with a soft carbonation, some astringency and a good sourness. Apple, funk, lemon hints, some yeast and grass in the flavor. Long finish. A bit unbalanced, with too little apple both in aroma and flavor. 210715

YG 080521. Red-orange color with no head. Aroma is apple, cherries. Flavor is apples, cherries, funk, grass, yeast, hay, citrus, hint of almond. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. It's an unclear pinkish orange colored cider with a rim of white bubbles. The aroma is lightly funky, with a good dash of apple, some apple cores, grass and cherry pits. Some cherry too. It's medium bodied and semi-dry, with a very soft carbonation. Cherry, apple, some apple cores, grass and cherry pits, with a lightly lemony, leathery funk. Long fruity finish, cherry, apple and some lemon, with a touch of autumn orchard and apple cores. Quite nice this one, not very complex, but tasteful and easy drinkable. 210508

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear yellow colored cider with some huge floaties. Some white bubbles on top. Pears, apples, hints of grass and a touch of lemon in the aroma. Some cellar hints and a touch of yeast. It's dry and medium bodied, softly carbonated, with flavors of pears, apples and grass. Some yeasty hints in the far back. Long finish with more focus on the apples than the pears, whereas the aroma was more on the pear side I think. 200805

Shared bottle on the boat deck of Fridtjofen with TO, Svein, VKJ, Inger Elise og TH 12.06.20. Cloudy pale straw colour. Some white head. Fine aroma and taste of sour wild apples, farmhouse cider, a hint of unripe sour perries and lemons. Citrus sourness is lingering on.
