Il cappello è di schiuma abbondante, compatta, persistente ed ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Le bollicine sono fini. La carbonazione è abbondante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma restituisce percezioni di miele, resina, pino, agrumi e pompelmo.

Bottle. Almost black, small beige head. Roasted aroma, whiffs of alcohol. Sweet flavour, roasted malt and chocolate. Notes of smoke in the finish.

Murky dark brown, huge beige head. Aroma has roasted malt and raspberries. Roasted flavour, slightly jammy raspeberries and notes of coffee. Sweet with roasted bitterness.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow, lasting white head. Aroma has malt, toasted malt lemon. Flavour has low, citrusy bitterness, some malt. Rather fruity.

Bottle. Hazy amber, rocky offwhite head. Fruity, slightly soapy aroma. Baking yeast? Malty, fruity flavour with some sweet citrus. Thin, sweet finish.
