Brewery draught, 1/18/25.
Clear, peach-toned brass. Small, white head, good retention.
Lightly floral nose with a bit of cracker and hints of honey-like malt. Clean. Low hopping.
Light-bodied with a mix of cracker and biscuit. Just enough texture but still light and drinkable. Low bitterness, just a bit of floral character. Mostly grain character. Clean and well-made.

Brewery draught, 1/18/25.
Clear, pale brass. Rich, white head.
Nose is herbal and with honey topped baguette. Maybe a bit of wax or white grape.
Soft, ultra-rich, deep, honeyed malts. So much texture and flavor for its size. Lovely heirloom yeast. Get slight pencil shavings and hints of lead on the finish. But I think that's just the charm of the yeast.

Pour is a crystal clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is fresh baked white bread. Flavor is a super clean and crispy pale malt with a spice saaz hops finish. So much flavor for a low abv beer. You could drink this all day and not get tired of it. Pilsner Urquel clone.

4 oz. pour on tap as part of flight at the brewery. Clear pale yellow w/no sparkle, nice head & no lacing. Aroma is wheat & noble hops, vague nuts. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Love the experiment with the Kernza. Maybe adds a distinctive element; certainly isn't lesser than standard grains. I hope this takes off.
