Capped 750 from South Bay Drugs. Pours very hazy orange amber with a foamy 3 finger beige head. It’s loaded with citrus/fruit aroma. Near full body - maybe - the foam confuses that. The flavor is very fruit and yeast/spice. There’s some heat burn in the throat, but it doesn’t mess with the flavor. I can even imagine a slight hint of funk. There’s a near oak component. It finishes astringent/dry. Nice.

Capped 750 from South Bay Drugs. Pours gold with a foamy 4 finger white head. It’s mildly malty with some fruitiness. Med body. Flavor starts pale malt, but quickly develops a little fruit, and the hop seems noble. Better than your average kolsch.

Capped 750 from South Bay Drug. Pours brilliant dark copper with a frothy 3 finger beige head. It has that orange peel aroma with some accompanying spices. With a little clove it could be a pommander. Med body. Flavor is very, very spicey. I think the clove showed up. It’s a really delicious things, and I’m glad I waited til close to Xmas. This is very strongly flavored. Brilliant. And not just the color.

Capped 750 from South Bay Drug. Pours hazy amber with a foamy off-white head. Aromas of light stone fruit and citrus. Med body; sharp and foamy carb. It has barnyard. Also a little fruit and spice. No one flavor is overpowering, but the flavors do add up to strong. Not one of those namby pamby saisons. Not a light, spritely one either. Drink this after pitching a hundred bales of hay.

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a deep bronze body with no head. Aromas are very spicy (belgian yeast), mild fruity notes, with some brown sugar. Flavors are brown sugar, belgian yeast (and its spiciness), and cloves. The house yeast is very spicy and seems to mask the other nuances I get it most Dubbels. Very undercarbonated.

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a hazed golden body with no head. Aroma of stonefruit, apricot and sage. Flavors of ginger, apricot, lavender, pine and thistle. A bit underattenuated for the style and a bit low on carbonation.

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a hazed golden body and a small white head. Aromas of bread, fruit esters, grassy, grainy and bread. Flavors are bready, grass, hay, raw grain, and orange. Kind of flabby, maybe a bit more attenuation would help. Lively bubbles with a light spice note.

Capped 750 from South Bay Drugs. Pours a dark ruddy amber with a foamy 3 finger beige/tan head. Aroma seems quite bready - but it’s a thick head in the way. Medium body with sorta foamy carb. Flavor is pretty roasted malt with some darkish fruit, light chocolate and an unsweet finish. Seems to be bitter in it. Especially with a little time. Definitely not more sweet than not!
