Growler from Nelson, it’s a pretty orange color with a very light head. Aroma is very juicy, has a very standard Tree House aroma with pineapple, citrus, kiwi, peach, nectarine. Taste is similar to the aroma. lots of juice. Pretty darn good. it still has that sweetness at the end.

64 oz. growler from blisscent. Thanks Nelson! Aroma is espresso beans, road malt, maybe a hint of sugar.

Flavor is heavy on expresso bean with a chocolate candy bar base malt bill. Mouthfeel is exactly want I want in the style... Smooth, creamy texture, mild carbonation with a full body. Dry roast... Wow

Based on the coffee and mouthfeel this is pretty bitching. Very enjoyable.

Thanks Nelson for sharing this one. half a gallon growler...please have vanilla flavor added. I had no idea this had Stumptown coffee. Interesting

A - totally black, looks a bit oily, a really god creamy coffee frothy head appeared and faded to a thin line.

S - Smells fantastic. Loads of cold-brew coffee, some cream, coconut and vanilla. slightly woody.

T - Coffee for days and days. there’s a little bit of liquor, fudge, coffee, espresso, creamy.

M - Exceptional creaminess.

O - There is no booze to this. Only 7.5% but it has a nice taste and overall, a great experience. It could be a little bit more roasty.

750 ml growler thanks to blisscent on this growler. Deep brown color with very thin head. Aroma is old chocolate, oatmeal, and a light dark bread hints.

The flavor is a bit flat. Nothing to get to excited about here. Old coffee grounds, chocolate has a chalky texture with lightly, smoked nuts. Mouthfeel is almost medium. Borderline thin.

750mL growler filled 2/19/16, drunk 2/20/16.
Not much head surprisingly. Tan bubbles recede to ring. Low clarity in a cocoa ebony body.
Ashy very heavily roasted, bitter chocolate. Light yeast, bread and a bit of dull coffee grind. Pretty given to some dull ashey character. Not much fruitiness, no hops, no light malt character.
Maltier in the mouth with toffee-caramel and more earthy coffee grounds. Wet leaves. Soft, malty texture with fudge and light vanilla cream. Low carbonation. Drinkable.

75CL. Thanks Nelson, brown to black with reddish edges. Smells like a porter with a lot of sweetness. Creamy mouthfeel, basic flavor, it has a solid chocolate presence, with some tobacco, wood, charcoal, dark fruit and milky finish. Decent but just a stout.

From notes at Extreme Beer Fest, Boston MA. February 6, 2016. The color is pitch black without any head, even after a direct draft sample. Aroma is heavy in vanilla with some earthy green coffee beans.

Flavor is over the top sweet. Yes it was poured at EBF but the vanilla overwhelms the coffee and the roast so much it is almost the only flavor I get. Coffee comes in slightly after the sip. ABV is pretty well hidden but nearly everything is hidden under these vanilla beans. Body is on the fuller side with a lower carbonation level.
