Tree House Brewing Co. is an artisanal brewery located in Charlton, Massachusetts. We hand craft small batches of beer using well water and the finest ingredients available. Our goal is to make the best beer in the world at an exceptional value and without compromises. We hope to inspire friends and family, brothers and sisters, to share and enjoy our beer in the company of those they love - and to seek out like minded, passionate companies who are working on sustainable, local models that aim provide the customer with an exceptional drinking and culinary experience.
We think quality of life is less about the things you have and more about the experiences you enjoy and the friends you slow down and laugh with. This project is a natural extension of the simple life we aim to lead. We very much look forward to making friends with you along the way.

Peach is prominent in the aroma, not dominating, but not getting a ton of hop behind it. Mostly just juicy fruit in the form of sweet citrus and mango, but I guess that's what they're going for. Rich malts providing big honey and white bread with no alcohol noted.
More acidity in the mouth, thankfully. Still quite peachy but it seems to be a good combination of peach and peachy-mango-juicy citrus hop. For all the malt and juicy sweetness in the nose, it's not too sweet, but has a lovely, round, soft, fruity peach character. Bitterness could be a bit higher, but assuming they are just trying to create a glass of hoppy peach liquid, they've done a good job.

Undated can drunk 9/9/26. Drank one of these when it was released about six months ago, but it felt kind of raw, beany, too chocolatey/malty so I figured I'd sit on it and see if it improved.
And this does smell improved! Very little chocolate character, no beaniness, and some soft, earthiness and mineral. Touch of herbal hop but nothing too sweet.
In the mouth it's lighter than I recall. Though there's still a stickiness to it and light chocolate. Nothing beany/overly roasty. Some earth and toast on the finish. Low bitterness; to that end, I'd appreciate a bit more hop bitterness and character, but it's not too sweet. Still not my favorite; just a bit too round and soft for a style that I want to be snappy, crisp, dry.

Pours dark mahogany into a willi. White head with good retention recedes to pancake surface. Sweet molasses with mild smoke aromas. Thick with sweet molasses and bacon front to back. Medium length sour smoked cherrywood finish. A little disappointed with this one.

Some reasonable spice from the Citra+Amarillo, rather zesty, citrusy, juicy with a bit of woodiness, followed by creamy, sweet honey and crusty graham cracker/biscuit. Good acidity making me confident the hop is going to balance all of this malt and honey. No alcohol noted.
Very spicy with pine, peach, mango and grapefruit. Seems to be a heavy bittering charge of the Amarillo. It certainly balances the sticky, but far-from-sweet malt texture that loosens on the finish to allow more pine, grapefruit and general acidity. No real residual honey character (that I can find) and the body seems a bit light as a result of the adjunct sugar addition. My main issue here, though, is that the hop is quite uninteresting. Other than some juicy Citra in the background, it's all wood/pine/grapefruit rind. Another beer that reinforces my belief that honey rarely benefits a beer.

Pours hazy pale pear into a willi. White head with medium retention recedes to coat surface leaving trailing sheets. Tart citrus and kumquat aromas. Dry with sweet pineapple and papaya upfront turning to bitter tangerine pith and peel in the lasting finish.

Pours deep mahogany into a willi. Mocha pancake head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Hot dried pit fruit and fig aromas. Thick with sweet fig and date front to back. Slick, lasting roasty mocha finish. Nice.

A bit more floral, airier nose than a typical Julius. And lo and behold, this one is significantly more pale than normal Julius. Fresh citrus, light tropical fruit spice and an overall clean and polished nose with delicate honey-and-wheat-like malt notes. Very round, even, balanced.
Soft, with chewy wheat and lightly sweet, honey-like maltiness sets a very substantial backdrop for fresh squeezed citrus and easygoing floral/spice notes. Zesty bitterness up front relaxes as it finishes with a bit of chalk and wheat-like blandness. Some light tropical fruit and very light pine retronasal. Not as explosively citrusy as the base beer, but with a more soupy, hardcore New England character to it. There's some chalky-dullness from the (assumedly) increased dry hop that saps some of the brightness, but otherwise very well-done. Hard to compare to the original; very different.
