Bottled from the Natural Feinkost, Frankfuter Allee. Yellow-golden body, clear white head. Dry malty aroma, light green apple. Lean, dry, empty taste, some oxidized maltiness, vague hoppiness, corky notes, empty and messy... yeaaah, no.

En vaso weizen, color marrón rojizo muy turbio y oscuro, cremosa y abundante corona de espuma beige de larga retención. Aroma a cereales ligeramente tostados, pan, cierto recuerdo de frutos rojos, especias. En boca posee cierta densidad en el trago, algo sedoso, notas de cereal y especias con un toque ligeramente ácido, y de nuevo ese recuerdo de frutos rojos tan agradable. Cerveza correcta y disfrutable

Servida en vaso weizen, color anaranjado, muy turbia, espuma blanca, abundante y cremosa de buena retención. En nariz aromas a trigo, pan, cítricos, banana, especias. En boca mismos matices que en olfato, bien marcada en boca la nota a clavo. Cerveza ligera, refrescante y sabrosa. Correcta y fiel al estilo, por supuesto que se disfruta.

En vaso Willi Becher, color dorado claro, limpio y transparente, forma buena corona de espuma blanca de una decente retención. En nariz el aroma es muy sutil a cereal y ligera malta. En boca es ligera, refrescante, muy bebible, pide trago largo. Es levemente dulce y ligerísimamente amarga , se aprecian notas de malta, pan y cereal, al final del trago aparece una sutil pero bien perceptible nota metálica. En general cerveza liviana, exenta de complejidad, refrescante y fácil de beber.

Bottle from Trinkgut. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Subtle citrus, grainy notes. Taste: Malty, grainy notes, citrus notes, grassy and floral hop backbone, some bread. Slightly creamy mouthfeel. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate sweet, light bitterness. Not exactly a Zwickl as I know it. Drinkable but a bit dull.
