This is nice. Surprisingly full flavored. Aroma has roasted malt and toasted bread. Dark brown color with low carbonation. Flavor is roasted grain. They did a good job with this. Great body, especially for the style.

Bottle, 5.0%. Hazy golden colour, big stable white head, a bit creamy. Weak flavour, slight citricness at the end. Not much yeast flavour, but still a pleasant beer.

Sehr herber, zudem leicht getreidiger Geruch. Herber, vor allem aber sehr hopfiger Antrunk, im Mittelteil dezent bitter, wässrig. Im Nachgeschmack allgemein stärker, nicht mehr so wässrig. Metallerner Malznachhall. Lasch und langweilig. Test vom 28.1.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,7,9,9,8,8 - 8,45

Bottle: Brown pour in medium depth, nice sized foamy tan head. Light lacing. Aroma is malty and roasted malt. Tastes of chocolate and malty sweetness with a little hop bitterness in the tail. Dry finish. Not too bad.
