A small family owned brewery dedicated to brewing authentic, traditional style beers.
Our focus is on using the best available malt and hops from farmers and people we’ve actually met and visited. Beers are brewed using a traditional style German brewhouse, matured over many months and then we self-distribute all our beers to publicans and off licences we respect and trust. This we believe, allows us to provide you, the customer, with a genuinely authentic beer.

500ml bottle at home. Pours a cloudy amber with a large rocky frothy head. Nose is bubblegum, and biscuit malt. Flavour is more English Pale Ale than a Czech Pilsner, spicy hops and balanced malt sweetness. Great mouthfeel that’s a trademark of Whitefield beers. An enjoyable if a small bit perplexing beer

500ml bottle at home. Large white thick and frothy head. Nose is biscuit malt, herbal hops with a small bit of lemon and floral notes. Smooth mouthfeel with perfect carbonation levels. Flavour is a little off-balanced favouring the sweet biscuit and bready malts, the hop bitterness takes too much of a back seat and should have more of a presence. Overall an enjoyable beer on a summer evening

500ml bottle at home. BBB date is nearly up, so not sure I’m getting this at its freshest best. Pours a nearly translucent amber, haze might be from the cold storage or polyphenols. Massive off white head of extremely tight bubbles. Aroma is complex grain bill, maybe Maris otter, Vienna malts, German malts, bready and biscuity notes, noble hops, floral, spicy. Flavour is so well balanced, bready doughy malts, oily hop resin, caramel and toffee, balanced finish.

Now called Whitefield Amber. Pint at the historic Rob Roy Bar in Cobh, Ireland where Irish Patriot James Connelly was given shelter after a speech protesting government not providing meals for poor children in schools and the opposition started a riot. Nose is grassy and citrus hops, caramel, and an earthy note. Yellow orange with a medium off white head. Flavor is mildly bitter with caramel notes.
