On cask at the White Lady. Appearance - amber rather than golden. Creamy white head. Nose - white grape and kiwi. Taste - more grape and kiwi with zingy grapefruit or lime closing out the finish. Palate - light bodied, creamy texture. Balanced bitterness on the finish. Overall - very nice.

Cask at the Three Horseshoes Waddington. 23 Aug 2018 Not sure why but I didn’t rate it at the time. Standard golden ale light citrus and spice. Medium body.

Cask ale, half at MailBox. Filmy layer, clear copper coloured body, scattered lacing. Moderate aromas of toffee and hints of herbal hops. Quite well blended taste character of toffee, earth, and ripe fruits. Drying, bittersweet tail. Decent Brit bitter version. (Lincoln 30.01.2020).

Handpull cask at the Swan, Mountsorrel. Orange/brown, clear with a creamy off-white head. Low aroma, I'm getting a bit of vanilla and some tannic tea. The taste is dominated by a chalky malt, which gives it the impression of a stronger beer. Some orange peel notes in the finish along with toast and caramel. Much like the 'boys' bitters' of yesteryear. I had a pint rather than a half, seeing how it's only 3%. Well played, Pheasantry, well played.

Cask at Lych Gate, Wolverhampton Pours a reddish brown with a small cream head. Nose has a strong aroma of vanilla and hazelnuts. In the mouth the initial impression if simply smooth and creamy, then the flavour of dark fruits comes to dominate, but with a background of malts. Finish starts of as fruity, but as it fades it turns slightly sour. A fairly simple beer, but nice.

On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - golden with decent lacing. Nose - lemon and caramel. Taste - honey and lemon. Light resin herb thing at the back. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture. Fairly good finish. Overall - decent.
