Lucky Pigeon Brewing is a dedicated gluten-free brewery located in the historic Pepperell Mills in Biddeford, Maine. Lucky Pigeon started as the dream of Kathleen Pigeon (our original “Lucky Pigeon”) who had to remove gluten from her diet for health reasons. The idea took root during a family vacation where a visit to a craft brewery provoked the thought, “wouldn’t it be great to have a tasting room experience that folks who are gluten-free can enjoy?”

Murky, dark orange with some cloudy white head. Nose is old school, big orange and grapefruit, pine and soap, some persimmon. Flavor is basically the same, some misplaced vanilla lurking. Big finish, off dry, big bitterness. 6 3 6 4 12

10oz pour is a murky black, a ring of beige head. Nose has toast, molasses, licorice, smoke. Flavor is heavy with molasses and licorice and burnt toast, toasted almonds, burnt bread. Dry finish, full bodied but smooth.

1oz pour is a pulpy yellow with a ring of white head. Nose has some pineapple and then grapefruit and handsoap and pine too. Flavor has oats and starch, pine and soap, orange and grapefruit. Finishes with some vanilla also some bitterness.

10oz pour is a lightly hazy amber with some clumpy white head. Nose has nuts, biscuit, soggy bread, some metal. Flavor is solid, black tea and biscuit and orange and soggy bread. Dry, crisp finish.
