Yummy! Poured into .5 l bier glass, deep brown reddish hues, with moderate carbonation. Almost no head on pour, and nothing once the beer has settled. Roast grains flavor come through on first taste, with minimal aftertaste. Not heavy at all....light in the mouth. Goes good with some good German winter food.

Bottle (now brewed at Zötler) @ Hotel Edelsberg, Pfronten Röfleuten. Orange color, hazy. Almost white, uneven head. Aroma’s of wheat, hint of banana & clove. Flavor is light sweet, refreshing, slightly sourish from the wheat. Body is on the thin side. Not much of a finish. OK-ish.
