Bottle: Golden, slowly vanishing white foam; sweet-malty nose with hints of bisquits and honey; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; solid sweetish-honeyish finish with a balancing, lingering bitter aftertaste. Nice stuff......
Earlier Rating: 12/13/2005 Total Score: 3.3
Bottle: Deep golden coloured, small white fluffy head, quickly diminishing to a frothy layer; distinctive sweet grainy nose with a big touch of floral hoppiness; sweet bitter flavour; drier malty finishj with many fine hops in the background. A better, because hoppier, Festbier, pleasant !

(Bottle 50 cl) Fully golden with a small head. Full-bodied, rather sweet beer with a nice hop aroma but not much bitterness. Very drinkable, but not really a Christmas beer by Danish standards. 280102
