Caramelly, somewhat vegetable-like aroma. Caramelly flavor, a soft bitterness. Malty sweet. Chichory. Bittersweet caramelly aftertaste. Bottle from Dortmunder. Many thanks. Brewery tap: malty aroma with a hint of caramel and chocolate. Caramelly malty sweet flavor, persisting in the aftertaste. Sticky mouthfeel.

Amber color. Malty aroma with candy sugar and caramel. Caramelly sweet, slightly herbal flavor. Full bodied beer, packed with malt. Flowery hops, next to the sugary maltiness in the aftertaste. Likeable, but not the best bock available.

Bottle. Light flowery hoparoma. Firm flowery hopbitter flavor with a touch of citrus. Hops, lemon and a hint of soap in the rather persistant aftertaste. Good balance. Not bad.

Brewery tap. Pale blonde. Buttery aroma with a barnyard smell. Light hopbitter, malty, grassy, buttery flavor. Lots of malt character. Fairly long buttery hopbitter aftertaste. Could be a bit cleaner in the palate.
