Clear yellow color, small white head. Grassy-hayish nose with buttery notes. Medium-bodied. Oily mouthfeel. Buttery, a bit sweet malty, nice fresh-hayish hoppyness in the finish. Lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Solid German pils. My first beer from this brewery.

Bottle 330ml. @ After Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, creamy to frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light bread, grain, light hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100221]

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of cardboard, straw, and a bit of malt, leading to a dry cardboardy finish.

Bottle, 2.9%. Clear shiny yellow colour. Very small frothy white head. The flavour is slightly bready, has a little chalk. Seems to have a little menthol or aniseed in the finish.
