Bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also, zippy, nice head. Starts hoppy and dry, a bit sourish, bitter, not too much. Finish well balanced, more spicy, a bit sweet. Great beer!

Bottle looks good, beer in the glass also. Dont know why, but I exspoected a dark doppelbock, so a bit disappointed while pouring the beer in my glass. Starts strong, but not alcoholic, modest spicy-hoppy, a bit sourish. Finish well balanced, the beer is quite drinkable for such a strength. Not bad!

bottle from Bierzwerg, Hazy pale yellow colour, large and very persistent white head. Slightly yeasty, grassy-hoppy nose. Light-bodied, shy malty background with hints of yeast, pleasant hop flavours are there: grassy, hoppy, resiny and with shy citrus hints. Very nice.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy golden colour with small white head. Aroma is mildly floral and fruity hops along with some sweet malts and herbs. Flavour is being quite similar in a nice balance. Big herbal and floral hoppy finish.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy yellowish golden colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, some herbs, wood and mils sugary notes. Flavour is sweet wheaty and malty along with mild herbs, fruits and some yeastyness. Lacks a bit in the body as for flavour, but otherwise quite nice.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. As: "Waldhaus Classic 2.9". Pours a clear yellow with a tiny and rough white head. A little malt in the nose. Light body, some sweet malts and some dusty and good aroma hops . A tad metallic. Decent. 171010

Bottle: Pale golden, "milky" with a greenish sheen, stable and lacy white head; distinctive aromatic hoppy nose, almost piney; fruity-yeasty and malty flavours in the background; pretty light bodied, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; slightly lingering hoppy and pale-malty finish. Fine brew, unfortunately very thin......
