473ml can. Pours a clear red brown with a medium, foamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Mild aroma of roasted malt, caramel and floral hops. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, caramel, light coffee and spicy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average to soft carbonation. Enjoyable and easy to drink.

Bright copper with head disappearing immediately. Lightly sweet fruity nose. Tart start turns quite sour….. Not my style and a poor looking beer

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear copper orange with a small white head. Aroma reveals some rough earthy hops, a touch of pine, and bready malt. Flavour is messy and confused, with earthy hops and toasted grains. Jumbled and uncoordinated. Needs work.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a fairly clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out some dank, cat pissy hops, mild hopburn, and earthiness. Flavour is bright and decently well-hopped, with some dank hops, tropical notes, grass, and just enough biscuity malt base. A bit rough around the edges, with a subtle grainy, earthiness creeping in — could be cleaner. Decent.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out that beautiful tangy Nelson in a very subtle expression, along with gentle grass and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is bright and tangy, with white wine-like hops, gooseberries, light grass, and a crisp biscuity malt finish. Beautiful, clean expression of the Nelson, though it'd be nice to have a much more aggressive hopping. Still, very good.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a soft white berry character to it, light booze, not much else. Flavour is boozy, with gentle sugars, light berry. What happens when you make an imperial version of a beer with no character? You just get a boozy version of nothing — which is what this is. Puzzling. Not sure what the point of this is.

On nitro tap at Parallel 49, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small tan head. Aroma is dry, with hearty oats, dry cocoa and a hint of roast. Flavour is hearty, with a nice clean oat character, light cocoa, and just a touch of sweetness to balance. Clean and smooth. Fine.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with small white head. Oily citrus hops, okay.
