zapach zielonej butelki, lekkie nuty trawy i ziół, ale nie powala. kolor złoty jasny, piana przyzwoita ale nic poza tym. dość wytrawne, ale nie wodniste. dość żelaziste, ale nie bardzo to przeszkadza. goryczki niestety nie widać, zwłaszcza, że piwo ma być "chmielowe". dość kwaśne.

Dark amber, almost ruby. Dense and persistent beige head. Sweet aroma of caramel, toffee and strawberry milkshake. Similar taste, balanced by moderate bitterness in aftertaste.

Wie der Name sagt (pl.: Żywe=dt.: lebendig) ist dieses Bier nicht pasteurisiert; ob es sich um ein echtes Zwickl handelt, konnte ich damals (ca. 2014) herausfinden, als ich dieses Bier importierte. Es war auf jeden Fall sehr gemütlich zu trinken, da es nicht nur mild sondern auch leicht malzig war. Dabei aber nicht wiederlich süß. Könnte ich wieder trinken.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Levi’s place. Thanks Levi. Black with a nice light brown head. Aroma of malt, chocolate, caramel, a bit of licorice, molasses and mild roast. Sweet flavor with chocolate, caramel, molasses and some nuts. Pretty rounded mouthfeel. A nice Baltic Porter.

Hellmalziger, karamellig süßer Beginn. Das Bier bleibt konstant, die Süße wird aber im Mittelteil von mäßiger Herbe überdeckt, kommt zum Ende aber wieder störend hervor. 9/7/7/7/8/7

Dunkler und süßlicher Malzantrunk mit minimaler, im Mittelteil spürbarer Schärfe. Dabei wird die Süße etwas geringer, auch die Malzigkeit fährt etwas zurück. Süßer, fast zuckriger Nachgeschmack mit etwas zu schwachem Malz und deutlicher Schärfe. OK. 9/10/9/8/7/8

słodki, ładny zapach, śliwki, miód, karmel. kolor ciemny, pod słońce rubinowy. piana dość obfita, ciemna, ale nietrwała. w smaku słodkie, miodowe, śliwki, czekolada, rodzynki. bardzo ładnie ułożone, łagodne, alkohol niewyczuwalny, dość niskie nasycenie. jak na gatunek dość pijalne.
