Description
The Amber Brewery is a family, independent brewery. With pride we continue the brewing tradition of Pomerania, in which the surroundings of Gdansk is famous since the Middle Ages. Thanks to family passion and original, traditional recipes we create unique, regional products.

The Amber Brewery is one of the most modern small and medium brewery companies in Poland. Located in the midst of morainal hills surrounding Gdansk, the Brewery proudly continues excellent brewery traditions present in this region for centuries.

Every brand is for us individual and unique. That is why each of them is promoted in a different way, taking into account customs connected with the consumption of individual beer kinds and the judgments of consumers.

zapach bardzo delikatny, lekkie słody i zioła. kolor złoty, przejrzysty, piana dość skąpa i szybko znika, ale po wszystkim zostaje trwałą, cienką warstewką. w smaku półpełne, słodowe i niewiele więcej. goryczka niska, ale czysta. dość nisko nasycone. zbyt nijakie

Bottle from the Polish shop opposite Barum Top Inn, Halifax. Golden coloured with a head. Not exactly what you expect from a Polish beer, it’s more to that nations west in style with a smoothness in its lager malt. There’s a sweetness about it too with some honey evident.

Butelka 0.5l (21.04.2015). Barwa ciemno zlocista, piwo bardzo klarowne. Piana biala, slaba. Aromat bardzo przecietny z lekkim mokrym kartonem. Smak zdecydowanie slodki, moze lekko slodowy z minimalna goryczka, nic specjalnego ale bez wad. Przecietne, pijalne, tresciwe. Klasyk poczatkow piwnej rewolucji.

Butelka 0.5l (26.09.2015). Piwo o bursztynowej barwie, metne z bialo-zolta piana, niezbyt trwala i niespecjalnie znaczaca szklo. Aromat slodowo-przyprawowy z nutami chmielowymi w tle i delikatnymi estrami owocowymi. W miare ogrzewania sie piwa nuty chmielowe redukuja sie do zera. Smak odzwierciedla aromat.

Dark copper colored beer with enormous off-white head of rather slow retention. Completely opaque.
In aroma there are yeast, cheese, melanoidins and hints of chocolate and cocoa. Very light basement and/or DMS scent.
Rather sweet with light chocolate bitterness in the back of the tongue.
Very high carbonated. Medium/full body and oily texture.
Quite strong alcoholic warmth in throat.
