Description
We are a craft brewery that produces American style beers with the finest ingredients. We bring together the complexity of artisanal recipes and consistent quality. We produce 7 beers throughout the year and at least 12 ephemeral beers each year. Our signature beers are available on tap in our Amboise brewery and our taproom, and distributed in cafes, hotels, restaurants, bars, cellars and shops, in bottles, cans or on tap.

In 2023, we made the decision to move the brewery to a new location on the other side of the Loire in Nazelle-Negron. It was a difficult decision to split the team, but one that would allow us to make more beer we love while allowing our guests to enjoy it in the comfort of downtown.
“Artisanale” is the french word for craft, but in both languages it represents quality and uniqueness. In english, the word “craft” draws a line in the sand between art and functional creativity. Our craft beers or ales live between two words and in many cases between two worlds. In the end, when you break it down, there is a little art in any craft and in our case ART IS AN ALE.

Poured from 440mL can (bb 12/12/2024). Clear-ish gold with small white head. Classified as an imperial cream ale, but I'd consider this more of a flavoured other on RB styles with all the adjuncts. Vanilla, light toffee, very feint hint of cocoa, light, simple, tasty novelty beer although it doesn't hit the s'mores flavour profile that they aim for.
