Welcome at Brewery De Block! A long brewing tradition makes a tie between the past and the present. Quality is the real and only foundation for all our beers, they may listen to names as: Satan Black, Satan Gold, Satan Red, Kastaar, Abbeybeer Tripple Dendermonde. They are loved by such a great deal of connoisseurs all over the world, as well in Europe, Japan, Canada, United States, Australia, ... and this makes the job worth to do.

Clear Ruby body. Lightly off-white head. Aroma of malts. Moderately bitter, moderately sweet flavour. Nice flavour.

F: big, white, quick collapsing. C: deep gold, hazy. A: malty, fruity esters, bit banana, marzipan, hint of orange peels, spicy, bit yeasty. T: malty, yeasty, banana, peach, dusty, bit apple, spicy, coriander, quite enjoyable BSA yet nothing very special, medium to full body, medium carbonation, 33cl bottle from Prik & Tik Leuven.

F: medium size, tanned, average retention. C: dark, opaque. A: dark malt, caramel, bit fruity vinous, brown sugar, plums. T: malty, caramel, dark fruits, bit pears, bit of chocolate, bit dried fruits, medium to full body, high carbonation, expected much worse, quite good balanced, not very complex yet still enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Prik & Tik Leuven.

F: thin, white, not long lasting. C: deep gold, bit hazy. A: malty, orange peels, fruity, peach, yeasty, touch of alcohol. T: malty, fruity, bit herbal, peach, bit dough, yeasty, good not great, almost full body, medium to high carbonation, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Carrefour market – St. Michel @ Etterbeek, Brussels.

Bottle 330ml. @ HBF 2017 [ Helsinki Beer Festival 2017 ], Kaapelitehdas, Talberginkatu 1, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Satan White ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, yeast, witbier yeast, coriander, sweet yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity yeast, fruity malt, pale malt, wheat, coriander. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170407] 6-3-7-3-13

Bottle @ home. Dark brown color with a dark red glare coming through, medium sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, somewhat herbal, dark fruits lightly, caramel, brown malts, somewhat bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Ok beer.
