Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Dark brown / bit black with a tanned / beige head. Smells of light roasted mocha, milk chocolate and some light sweet coffee with milk. Taste is that of bitter roast, mocha, milk chocolate, dark malts, light liquorice, medium bitter finish with some light booze. Body is a tad light, carb. is a tad high but enjoyable.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Hazy golden with a white head. Smell is a bit weak, yeast, touch hay, some wheat-qualities, light esters. Hazy wheat-ness, yeast, citrus, some citrus hops, bitter esters, flowers, grains, spices. Very yeast heavy taste and body. Agreeable.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Dorée, léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme citronné avec qcq esters, citronné et un sucré moyen. Palais est plus épais que les autres versions de Forte, côté belge mais aussi d’ester levure très léger. Le tout est épais et pour moi rappelle plus une Hefe allemande, note de girofle en épice avec un houblon en retrait laissant des notes légères d’agrumes et épices.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Brune claire, col beige léger. Arôme malt grillé avec une pointe lactique, infectée ou pas cela ne dérange pas trop. Malt pâle avec de belles notes grillées. Palais a une effervescence bien présente, malté avec une touche de lactose, possible infection? Profile sec, malté, chocolaté et poudre de cacao au finit. Houblons restent discret contribuant à qcq notes d’amertume citronnée.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Dorée rappelant les foins, léger trouble, col blanc fin. Arôme de feuille de thé vert, herbacé, fruité sur agrumes. Palais est rappel le houblonnage à cru, note de grains, profile bien houblonné sur une amertume légèrement épicée, reste dans un style belge, palais épais avec belle effervescence. Note de foin.
