Poured from 473mL can (canned 08/16/22). Very dark brown with small beige head. Coffee forward roast malt, not bad.

Dark brown body, medium head. Lots of coffee on the nose. There's still a lot of coffee on the palate, moderately sweet malt, but not a lot of the lactose. So it's balanced but a bit on the simple side.

1 pint can. Pours black with fizzy cola like head. Aromas of dark sugar and roasted malts with a little black coffee. Flavors of sweet coffee, sweetened dark chocolate and roasted malts.

Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma: sweet dark chocolate, cherry, nougat. Taste: sweet chocolate, cherry, pralines. Full bodied, moderate to high carbonation, moderate bitterness. Yummy, dessert.

Bottle at BBT 5/2023. Full body, medium carbonation. Fully malty, intense chocolate, medium caramel, light toffee and coffee. Med-light sour cherry. Med-high sweetness, med-low bitterness. Could use a bit more malty complexity, even if intensity is okay. Overall a really pleasant sipper, with only light alcohol warmth, ABV hidden well.

12 ounce can from Wine Shop Charleston, 5/6/23. Near black, large brown head, good retention. Aroma of strong peanut butter, roast, sweet banana. Taste is roast, chocolate, peanut butter, mild banana. Slick, almost jammy. A little disjointed. Decent.
