Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Smagning Ulfborg, 2013. Pours clear golden with bubbles on top. Barnyard, red apples and mild funk. Very dry. Tasty.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 160213

Bottle. Clear yellow with tiny white head. Aroma is apple, fruit and sulfur. Flavour is apples, dry, wood, barnyard, little acid and a little tart.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet apples, citrus, sulphur and has a nice full body. Love good ciders from Normandy.

"Elaborated in Normandy" **chuckles** $10 bottle from New Beer. Ommegang anniversary glass. Clear, golden, light maple color. Very spritzy. Smells of honey-sweet apples, grass, soggy oak, & a slight touch of pickling. Nice blend of bitter & sweet, leaning sweeter. Lots of wood notes & grassy bitterness. Not all that apple-y. Light to moderate acidity, low tartness. Alcohol isn’t completely in check. Quite carbonated & minerally. Very dry, grain & vanilla finish.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is oak, apple, apple core. flavour is dry, oak, apple, apple core, acidic. OK Cider.

750 ml bottle. Golden body with a thin white head that fades quickly. Mild, and acidic apple aroma with some wood. Flavor is dry apple, moderate acidity, and distinct wood. Aftertaste has more obvious apple flavor. Not great, but nice and quite fascinating.
