On tap at Rewind, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and a hint of earthy nuttiness. Flavour is malty yet dry, with some caramel, almost a hint of tartness, and bready malt. Really odd one. Doesn't seem infected but there are some atypical notes here for a brown ale.

On tap at Rewind, pours an opaque bright mango orange with a small white head. Aroma is fairly restrained, with gentle coconut and mango showcasing. Flavour is rather muted, with very light mango and extremely restrained coconut. Not very juicy, almost no sweetness. Not sure what they were going for here. Not terrible but just doesn't really shine on any level.

On tap at Rewind, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of citrus fruits, gentle berry notes, acidity and lacto. Flavour is acidic and citrusy, with a nice citrusy berry character that mostly drowns out the lacto. It's alright.

On tap at Rewind, pours an opaque murky orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of yogurty lacto, along with passionfruit and guava pure. Flavour is not sweet, but full of pithy, pulpy passionfruit and guava pure, along with a big lacto base. The fruit is a little flat and muted though. Cheap kettle sour that doesn't manage to harness the tropical fruits nicely.

On tap at Rewind, pours a clear dark amber brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is very restrained, with soft bready malt and light doughy notes. Flavour is dry and malty, with lots of crusty bready malt, some doughy notes, and gentle toasted nuts. Very clean and on point. This style can never blow you away but it's admittedly well-executed. Good.

On tap at Rewind, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice oily piney hop character, light citrus and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is restrained but reveals a nicely calibrated piney hop character, with light citrus and a thin biscuity malt base. Could use more hops but the hops they did use are expressed nicely. Solid stuff.

Pale with a little bit of haze. Medium head. Estery. Light floral notes, but there is a touch of bubblegum there, too. Get that shit out of my saison, please. On the palate, similar yeast profile. The faults are not overpowering, just annoying. It is dry, not hoppy but just lean pale malt, lack of sugar. Lightish body, and arguably underhopped.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium roasted upfront, dry cocoa and some woody hops. Flavour is fairly robust, with medium roasted malt, woody hops, and pronounced bitterness on the finish. Not the most refined but it's hopped well and drinks sturdily. Good stuff.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out washed out berries, lacto, and a bit of vomit. Flavour has some cherry cough drop, lacto, and a touch of jammy boysenberry. Very amateur, crappy kettle sour. What's the point?

Draft pour enjoyed at The Magnet. Cherry red pour, patchy head. Modest funk up front, some jammy berry and sweet cherries. A but empty on the palate. Jam front, then it's gone. Makes for an easy drinker. Sourness 4/10. Fun series. Not bad.
