Smell of malt, yeast. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, dried fruit, pepper, some straw, faint clove. Sweet, medium bitter. More of a dubbel/saison mix than tripel. Lively carbon.

opalescent golden colour, huge, dense and long lasting ivory-ish white head; aroma of citrusy, lemon zesty, some tea leaf and floral notes; taste has similar notes as can be felt in the aroma with some hoppy bitterness and quite intensive spicy-black peppery notes; not that bad
