Tap at Bierfabrik Milano, Italy. Pours somehow opaque gold, with very fine white foam, limited. Aroma is delicately herbal. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter. Final is fairly dry, herbal.

L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è abbondante con velocità di ascesa nella norma. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. L'aspro è leggero. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano sentori di cereali, ma è una birra inficiata dal sapore di mais cotto, tipica del DMS (Dimetilsolfuro).

33cl Blik, dank Harmen! Blijkbaar spreken ze Frans in Italië. Goudoranje kleur, witte kraag. Licht moutig, wat sinaasappel, citrus hop, iets geparfumeerd, bloemig, flink bitter, prima IPA. Lichte body, glad.

clear dark amber to chestnut colour with reddish hue, medium sized beige-ish ecru head; aroma of toasted bread, dried cherry, burnt sugar, slight roasted nut and some pear notes; taste of malty sweetness, some roasted bitterness and dried fruity, as well as apple and/or pear notes; really good beer...my only problem is that it is rather an amber lager than a marzen
