Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma isilght lemon. Near med body. Flavor is sort of tartish lemon - finishes with a "wheat" burst before lapsing back to a slightly tart citrus finish. Nice, but I call Radler.

Bottle from the brewery. Leader Madness’s funky little sister. Deep copper pour with substantial fluffy head. Aroma is citrus and pine, sharp hoppiness. Taste is also resinous, mildly tangy, hints of grapefruit. Finishes fast. Tasty stuff.

Growler from Albertsons. CO2 fill pours out with a fast rising, creamy beige head that stays fluffy throughout. Dark roast grains and bitter chocolate dominate the aroma. Taste follows with tons of roast grain bitterness. A hint of alcohol warmth at the finish, but mostly bitter. Top notch RIS.

Dense black pour with a tall, creamy tan head. Aroma of roast malt, coffee, chocolate and alcohol. The flavor has lots of roast barley giving it a rich, bitter bite. Roasty with lots of burnt edges. Not sweet and sticky.
