Bottle from Total Wine, Tampa. Pours a hazy pale gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, wheat, light citrus, quite yeasty. Medium sweetness to taste, light bitterness with a slight sour edge. Body is quite light, some stickiness ot texture. Finish is sharp, with a generally weak feel. Started out ok but wouldn’t want another come the end.

Thanks to Homer321 for getting me a crowler of this. Deeper amber small beige head. Nose is toasty and some malt. Tastes of caramel, malt, bread, some grass, and leather. Solid brew that I’ve had my eye on for awhile.

Draft pour pint at Universal. From notes scribbled on a Simpsons napkin. This was just a fun thing to try out while here. I’ve loved the Simpsons my whole life. It’s older than I am. Copper clear color pour with a loose foam head. I would have prefered to have this in a frosty mug in a tavern, but I’ll take the plastic cup walking around in the heat. Because of the heat, and being parched, I’m pretty sure I drank this as fast as they do on the show. I don’t know. Fun to try. It’s cool to pretend sometimes.

Draft pour pint in Margaritaville. Clear golden pour with a quick fade head. Soft and sweet malt aroma. A ton of booze comes through here, and finishes with a bit of burn as a result. I expected this to be even stronger than it is. Malty. Not too bad, but just short of a pleasant IIPA.

I don’t know what’s harder to admit; that I’m drinking a Harry Potter beer, or that the beer isn’t bad. I feel like they designed this section for folks like me who have something to look forward to in this part of the park. Draft pour pint at Leaky. Pours black with a tan cream foam head. Hints of chocolate on the aroma. Flavor is bold chocolate, mild roast, and a bit of an English bitter finish to it. Ovreally pretty good. I’d like to think there are beer raters in Harry Potter land, or whatever it’s called.
